These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of zikimit.com and the web applications served under this domain (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services. These Terms should be read together with the Disclaimer and the Privacy Policy.
2. Use of Services
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. zikimit may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice. You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:

- attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Services or their underlying infrastructure;
- use automated means to overload, probe, or scrape the Services in a manner that places an unreasonable load on them;
- misuse, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Services except as permitted by applicable law;
- use the Services to infringe the rights of any third party.

All original content, code, and assets within the Services are the property of zikimit unless otherwise stated. The apps incorporate open-source libraries and third-party assets (such as Material Icons) which are governed by their respective licenses. You are responsible for complying with those licenses when you use, export, or redistribute any such material. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of zikimit's original content is prohibited.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. zikimit does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any result obtained through the Services is accurate or current. 5. Limitation of Liability
Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of zikimit, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zikimit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this website or any of its applications — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profit, loss of business, or any other financial or commercial loss.
This limitation applies only to damages caused by zikimit's ordinary (slight) negligence. In such cases, zikimit's total aggregate liability shall not exceed JPY 1,000, or, where you have paid a fee for the relevant service, the amount of that fee.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for damages arising from zikimit's intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute shall be subject, on a non-exclusive basis, to the jurisdiction of the Nagoya District Court as the court of first instance. This does not deprive a consumer of any right to bring proceedings before the court having jurisdiction over the consumer's place of residence under applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
